NxtGen 911 app for iPhone and iPad

The NxtGen911 App allows users to contact participating Public Service Answering Points (PSAPs) via our messaging platform providing the call-center with your exact geo-location, geo-tracking if on the move, exchange of multi-media, two-way texting, and your personal profile.

In non-emergency situations the Friends and Family function allows you to communicate and provide your exact location with your selected contacts. For the international traveler, the NxtGen911 App automatically loads the emergency numbers associated with the country you are located. Your purchase provides free unlimited use of our Friends and Family and International Travel features for the first year. We intend to charge for these functions through in-app purchases in the future.

Please note: While we are working to expand the NxtGen911 network, your local PSAP may not be a participant. When you are located in an area outside our network, the text-to-911 option is automatically disabled and the call option is highlighted. Until your PSAP is a participant, you should always call 911 (in the U.S.) and if you call within our app, your exact location and personal profile will be available to the PSAP through our website. You will be notified when PSAPs in your area have joined the NxtGen911 network.
